Privacy policy

This app (app.1shopindia.com) is the private workspace of 1Shopindia, a digital marketing agency, for its team and its clients. Only people invited by 1Shopindia can sign in.

What we keep

Your name, email, phone number and role; the work, files, comments and requests you add; and, for team members, attendance check-ins with a selfie and location. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication and are never stored by us.

Google Drive

When the agency owner connects Google Drive, uploaded files are stored in the owner's own Google Drive, in a folder named "1Shopindia App". The app asks only for access to files it creates itself (Google's drive.file permission). It cannot see, read or change any other file in that Drive. Files are opened only through the app's own secure links.

How we use it

Only to run the agency's work: approvals, delivering designs and videos, client requests, reports and attendance. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your choices

Ask 1Shopindia to correct or delete your details or files at any time. The owner can disconnect Google Drive in the app's settings, or remove the app's access in your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
